1) Your web browser must allow POP-UP windows

If you use INTERNET EXPLORER:

In this case follow the below instructions:

- Launch Internet Explorer
- Tools
- Internet Options
- Privacy

Make sure that the box with the red around it isn't checked off.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use the YAHOO TOOLBAR, the GOOGLE TOOLBAR GOOGLE or any other TOOLBARS, deactivate the blocking of unwanted advertising windows.

2) Installation of ActiveX:

Make sure that your computer accepts non-signed ActiveX controls.

To do this, take the following steps:

- Launch Internet Explorer
- Tools
- Internet Options
- Security
- Custom level
- Enable the downloading of unsigned ActiveX controls.

3) Install the TURNTOOL 3D viewer
(This software is certified virus-free by our technical teams.)

Follow the below instructions:

- Click on the yellow bar, click on "Install the ActiveX control…"
- Click on "Install TurnTool Viewer"
- Click on "Execute"

Note: with an ADSL connection, estimated time: 10 seconds.

4) 3D THEMATICS TRADE SHOWS on MAC

The 3D Thematics Trade Shows will be visible on MAC at the end of 2010.

5) Machine configuration

Minimum configuration: :
- Windows 2000, ME, XP or Vista
- DirectX 7.0 or OpenGL 1.1
- 32 MB of memory
- Pentium 133 processor

Recommended configuration:
- Pentium II processor
- OpenGL or DirectX graphic card

6) Visualising a .SWF file

If you are unable to see RICH MEDIA, please follow the below procedure:

- TOOL menu
- Internet Options
- ADVANCED tab
- "Security" section (at the bottom of the list) and uncheck "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"
